Freight cost
- Freight cost is 39 SEK for all orders below 600 SEK.
- Free shipping for orders above 600 SEK.
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.Expected delivery within 4-6 days. Traceable delivery.
Returns
- Return is payed by customer and shall be made within 30 days. The goods must be returned unopened, unused and undamaged and all labels must be remained on the product. Always return in original packaging including return form with your order number and contact details, contact us on order@mrshosiery.com and we will mail it to you.
- Remember that our customer is personally responsible for the return and can choose any postal service they want.

Unclaimed packages
If customer do not accept the delivery, the order will be returned to us and we have to charge customer a cost of 149 SEK for unclaimed packages, this is the cost of returns and administration for us.
EUROPE

REFUNDS
Receiving a refund
A refund will be credited after a few days and latest 14 days after we received the goods. Payment is transferred to the same form of payment from where the purchase was made. No refund of freight costs for unclaimed packages, instead a handling fee of 19 euro in total.
TAXES
Taxes & VAT
Customer may have to pay tax or duty in your home country.
PAYMENT
We provide different payment options via Klarna, please read about their terms here in English….. or in Swedish…….
FORCE MAJEURE
If the performance of this Agreement is prevented, restricted or interfered with by reason of earthquake, fire, flood or other casualty or due to strikes, riot, storms, explosions, war, terrorism or a similar occurrence, or condition beyond the reasonable control of the Parties such as failure of electricity, telephone or internet services, the Party so affected shall be excused from such performance and any failure or delay resulting therefrom shall not be considered as a breach of this Agreement. Our team will do their outmost to solve the matter for you as soon as possible.
